PitchAI is a football club management application designed for amateur football organizers. The App provides tools for:
You may create an account using email/password, Sign in with Apple, or Sign in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
You retain ownership of all content you create within the App (player data, club information, photos). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely to provide the service.
You are solely responsible for the content you add. You agree not to add content that:
PitchAI uses AI (powered by OpenAI) to suggest lineup configurations. AI suggestions are provided as recommendations only and are not guaranteed to be accurate or optimal. You retain full control over final lineup decisions.
By using AI features, you acknowledge that relevant player data may be processed by OpenAI's servers in accordance with their privacy policy.

PitchAI and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written permission.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We are not responsible for any loss of data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause. You may terminate your account at any time via Profile → Delete Account.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
