Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using PitchAI. By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PitchAI ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

PitchAI is a football club management application designed for amateur football organizers. The App provides tools for:

• Managing player rosters and statistics
• Organizing clubs and team assignments
• Generating lineups with AI assistance
• Creating and sharing team lineup images

3. User Accounts

You may create an account using email/password, Sign in with Apple, or Sign in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create within the App (player data, club information, photos). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely to provide the service.

You agree not to add content that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Infringes on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Contains false, misleading, or defamatory information

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the App in any way that could damage or overburden our infrastructure

6. Intellectual Property

PitchAI and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for any loss of data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time. You may terminate your account at any time via Profile → Delete Account.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
